How do I start using Rich Business Messaging?
Register on www.kero.chat to open an account with us. Then select your messaging solution option. We will then get back to you with the next steps and what information you need to provide us to allow us to process your product application. Once we have received your information, we will then begin the process of implementing your messaging solution and getting your business verified with our platform partners and country-specific mobile network operators.

How do I purchase Rich Business Messaging services?
There are administrative set-up costs, monthly platform fees and volume specific costs that apply to the RCS Business Messaging service. Please visit our Pricing page for more details on platform and messaging service fees.
How do I manage my contacts?
You can manage your contact by either adding or uploading them into the Kero platform. You are able to upload contacts from files. Alternately, you can integrate to your contacts within your existing systems using the Kero API.
What business messaging reports are available?
The Kero platform offers a reporting dashboard where you can view your rich business messaging reports. We provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting on your messaging campaigns and include the following per campaign metrics to allow you to track campaign performance:
- Message delivery rate: The number of delivered message per campaign, indicating the successful delivery via rich business messaging channel or channels (RCs Business Messaging and/or WhatsApp Business API) as well as the SMS fallback delivery rate for those messages that could not be delivered via the rich business messaging channel. SMS delivery status: delivered to mobile, delivered upstream, delivery failed.
- Message read rate: The number of rich business messages per campaign that were read by your contacts.
- Message engagement rate: The number of click-throughs per call to action and/or URL suggestions enabled for a rich business messaging campaign.
I’ve lost my username and/or password. How can I login in?
If you have lost your password, you can easily re-set it by clicking “forgot password” on the login page and entering your email address. A password recovery message will be sent to your email address. You will need to enter the verification code provided in the email received and update your password.
Your Kero username will always be the email you used to sign up to Kero with.
How do I close my Kero account?
You can close your Kero account at any time to cancel your use of the Kero service. Email us on help@kero.chat to let us know that you would like to close your account.
